General Manager – Orion Healing Centre

(Thai candidates preferred)

Orion Healing Centre is seeking a grounded, experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holistic wellness center in Srithanu, Koh Phangan.

We are preferably looking for a Thai national with strong leadership skills, cultural fluency, and experience in hospitality or wellness environments. This role requires both operational strength and emotional intelligence, as Orion is a living community, not only a business.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations across the wellness center and restaurant

* Manage, support, and coordinate staff and department leaders

* Ensure high standards of guest experience and service

* Financial oversight including budgeting, reporting, and cost control

* Maintain schedules, systems, and operational procedures

* Act as a bridge between ownership and staff

* Foster a respectful, harmonious, and conscious work culture

Requirements

* Must have full legal working rights in Thailand

* 5 years Proven experience in hospitality, resort, or wellness management

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* Financial literacy and operational competence

* Calm, solution-oriented management style

* Ability to work long-term in Koh Phangan

* English communication skills required
