Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Compliance Consultant
to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about ensuring regulatory integrity and ethical business practices across complex operations. You will play a critical role in supporting our compliance framework and helping the business navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.

What will you be doing?
As a Compliance Consultant, you will:

  • Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments relevant to the chemical industry.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, and Sustainability.
  • Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in managing compliance-related documentation and systems.

Who are You?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of international chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, TSCA, GHS).

  • Experience with compliance management systems and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with ESG and sustainability-related compliance is advantageous.
