Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT governance and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
  • Assess and audit IT security standards for systems such as HIS, EMR, PACS, IoT, and cloud-based services.
  • Investigate and analyze security incidents and ensure proper incident response and documentation.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws (e.g., HIPAA, PDPA, ISO
  • Lead security policy development, risk assessments, and internal security audits.
  • Conduct external audits and vendor assessments to evaluate security compliance.
  • Draft and enforce policies related to data privacy, user access, and other IT governance practices.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to strengthen platform security and key management.
  • Manage security operations including threat analysis, malware defense, and endpoint protection.
  • Participate in cybersecurity committees and compliance inspections.
  • Organize security awareness programs and cyber hygiene campaigns.
  • Oversee digital health system security including telemedicine platforms, mobile apps, and IoT.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or CRISC are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading cybersecurity or IT governance projects in high-security environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies such as HIS, EMR, PACS, and relevant healthcare data regulations.
  • Experience in conducting IT audits, risk assessments, and preparing external audit documentation.
