About the role

We're seeking a Front Office professional to join our vibrant hospitality team at Shane hotel in Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai. As a full-time Front Office representative, you'll be the face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
2. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
3. Assist with luggage handling, providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions
4. Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems as needed
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring secure and accurate processing
6. Provide concierge services, making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation as required
7. Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive brand experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and preferably a second language
5. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and property management software
6. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality
