Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the test engineering of products and providing technical support on the production floor.
- Establish and update test procedures and Work Instruction (WI)
- Product yield tracking, analysis, and improvement to meet product requirements.
- Responsible for test setup and tester/test tools maintenance, performing testers GR&R and correlation
- Products troubleshooting and debugging processes for PCBA and complete system.
- Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes of customer returns and production reject.
- Train and certify test technicians, line leaders, trainers, and operators for all the product/project tests through the test procedure/work instruction
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Environment.
- Good communication in English
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians.
