What you will do:
- Leads Generation: Generate leads through initial interaction (cold calling) with clients. Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new relationships with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships, address client concerns, and ensure overall sales quality and service satisfaction.
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits based on the company-provided client list, offering face-to-face interactions and tailored services.
- New Client Acquisition: Build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Administrative Tasks: Report client updates to the supervisor regularly, process sales orders, and manage payment collections.
What you will bring:
- At least one (3) years of work experience
- Years of Sales, Training & Development experience is a PLUS
- Excellent written and communication skills in English or Mandarin (Pick one)
- Have your own car and be willing to do field work.
