  1. Ensure safe working environment.
  2. Manage its team based on Employee Involvement principles
  3. Define raw material and BOP inventory strategy and ensures supplier schedulers apply the policy.
  4. Ensure alignment of systems parameters and rigorous management of Master Data for all external supplies.
  5. Drive MPS and SIOP activities related to external supply planning  / scheduling.
  6. Manage relationship with critical suppliers as required
  7. Anticipate any delivery delay from suppliers and manage emergency activities
  8. Ensure appropriate supply chain metric targets are achieved (e.g. supplier DSA, Raw Material inventory turns).
    1. Determine action plans to improve measures. 
  9. Proactively communicate/escalate to the management team potential delivery issues/constraints to trigger preventive actions in order to mitigate supply failure risk,
  10. Monitor Stock cover daily in order to avoid Stock outs
  11. Maintain the highest standards of Health and safety, environment, 5S, Lean Enterprise, and Quality System.
