Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality control, Engineering and production teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment. Understand lead times, production bottlenecks and manage risks related to component shortages and scheduling conflicts.
Support planning for multi-level BOMs and assembly processes.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and on-time planning.
Maintain accurate records of production data and planning documents in ERP or planning systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
