'
• To lead and manage their team to underwrite credit proposals for SME clients with total credit exposure with reference to the DOA, clients are underwritten by using Formula lending formats.
- To co-establish and co-manage guidelines and strategies for SME Credit to achieve ttb's designated targets for good quality new business & revenue growth, credit cost control, turnaround times & customer service, while maintaining the quality and efficiency of new customer credit bookings through balancing fraud & NPL prevention with the need to provide fast and customer focussed decision making.
- Assist Team Head in implementing action plans with regards to bank strategies
- Recommend on the revision of related policies/ guidelines on a regular basis to ensure compliancy with laws and regulations and portfolio quality
- Work collaboration based on ttb Culture
- Responsible for team performance achievement based on value chain target
- Assist Team Head in set-up individual plan for self-improvement
- Coach team members on credit consideration and decision in compliance with related underwriting policies
- Recommend for relevant actions on credit approval process to improve Underwriter efficiency
- Contribute to the implementation of related credit approval systems
- Provide credit decision in relation to the designated delegation of authority
- Engage in improving underwriters' credit skill and knowledge
Qualifications:
'-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Underwriting, Debt Restructuring and / or Front office experience in banking or finance institutions.
- Independent & sound decision maker, energetic and self driven, being able to work to a high standard under pressure and willing to learn attitude.
- Strong credit and analytical skills with established experience in various industries, banking products.
- Good Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Good command of Spoken & Written English
