Responsibilities:

  • Drive leasing sales to achieve targets for both new acquisitions and renewals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire potential tenant partners to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and close deals in alignment with company strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants, partners, and agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tenant Services, Events, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operational workflow and contract execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tenant performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly leasing performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Leasing (experience in retail is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends and commercial leasing processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with leasing systems
  • Positive attitude, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
