Wood is currently recruiting for a E&I Lead Supervisor to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in electrical and instrument construction work
  • Experienced in Live Plant, Greenfield, and Turnaround / Revamp work
  • Minimum 8 years experienced in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or others similar type of plants
  • Good HSES awareness and commitment including skill and knowledge in preparation of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment,
  • Fluent in English communication and written and Basic computer software skills
  • Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good Problem solving and Decision making

What makes you remarkable?

  • Demonstrate past experience of managing a team of supervisors to coordinate and manage multiple E & I Construction Contractors
  • Manage and efficiently lead weekly meetings with discipline Contractors
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering/construction discipline leads, client & other discipline contractors
  • Ensure that all construction contractors' supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements
  • Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP's, Procedures and Site Instructions
  • Responsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule
