Job Description:
  • Strategy: understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan for an aesthetic clinic by gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Budget: manage marketing  budget and report on the marketing spend.
  • Team Management: manage, lead and motivate a marketing team of more than 15. Ensuring all marketing activities are completed within the timeline.
  • Stakeholder Management: work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across Admin, Operation and CEO to ensure future marketing campaigns and resources are maximized.
  • Campaign Management: target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include digital marketing, paid social, PR and webinars, email marketing and corporate partnership.
  • Digital: be responsible, through the marketing team, for DSK social media and own channel. Ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, X and KOL platform.
  • Creative direction: develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Marketing Analysis: analyze and report on marketing metrics and pipeline growth. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM, Online PR, and LINE OA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing performance. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Interest in beauty, clinics, and skincare, with the ability to write engaging ad copy
  • At least two years' experience as a marketing manager would be a plus
Additional Details:
  • Work Location: Office near MRT Sutthisan (Ratchadaphisek Soi 20)
  • Work Days: Onsite, Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
