Associate Sales Manager (B2B) – Premium Sofa & Furniture

Our client is a leading sofa manufacturer with its head quarter office in Singapore and focus target on B2B premium segment. The company is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Country Sales Manager to drive growth within our B2B channel in the Thailand market.

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Remote / Hybrid – Work from Anywhere

Job Description:

  • Being responsible for the B2B channel in Thailand Market, working as an individual  contributor to responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the sales network in Thailand.
  • Expanding our presence and building strong, sustainable relationships with key B2B partners, including furniture retailers, interior designers, architects, project developers, hospitality businesses, and so on.
  • Acquiring new clients to meet sales target through multiple channels such as cold calling, email etc.
  • Identifying prospect and onboard new B2B partners aligned with company's brand and target market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implementing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the B2B segment.
  • Ability to market company's entire product range and prospects for customers across assigned territories
  • Negotiating trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation.
  • Maintaining good business relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as operations, technical and procurement, logistic to organize work processes.
  • Keeping up-to-date on the Thailand furniture market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences within the B2B sector
  • Travelling to attend international trade fair in overseas as well as participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Gathering and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and potential opportunities. Providing regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Indochina

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture, home furnishings, or related premium goods industry in Thailand.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for premium furniture and design
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English & Thai communication
  • Strong business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess of existing network of contacts within the Thailand B2B furniture or design industry would be a huge plus.
