About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Sales Associate (Chinese Speaker)
to join our EVISU Thailand team at ICONSIAM. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys interacting with international customers—especially Chinese-speaking clients—and can deliver exceptional service aligned with EVISU's premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, with a focus on Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers in product selection, styling advice, and promoting current collections and promotions.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain store presentation, including product displays, cleanliness, and stock management.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support daily store operations such as inventory checks, replenishment, and returns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and VIP recruitment.
  • Ensure all brand standards and service guidelines are consistently upheld.

Qualifications

  • Chinese speaker (Mandarin) –

  • Strong communication skills in
    English or Thai
    (both preferred).
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and premium brands.
  • Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
