About the Role

Oridiet (Thailand) is a newly established dietary supplement manufacturing company based in Thailand.

We are seeking a Factory Director to take full ownership of the factory setup process through to day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with both Thai and Chinese teams to build a high-standard, internationally-oriented manufacturing facility from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire factory setup and oversee full operational management post-launch

  • Coordinate internal and external departments to ensure efficient and aligned operations

  • Implement and maintain quality systems including GMP, HACCP, ISO, and 5S

  • Manage production planning, quality control, and on-time delivery

  • Conduct internal audits and lead cross-functional meetings for continuous improvement

  • Represent the company in hosting important visitors and handling client concerns

  • Report directly to executive management and provide strategic insights for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, - Industrial Management, or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle factory management, preferably in dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals

  • Experience in lean manufacturing or greenfield factory setup is a strong advantage

  • Deep understanding of Thai factory laws and compliance requirements
