POSITION: Project expeditor/coordinator

Cunado Thailand is growing and is looking for a Project Expeditor to be based in our Bangkok Office (BTS Nana).

Must be fluent In English (speaking, writing, understanding). All communications are in English only.

TASKS:

Duties involve facilitating the smooth and timely flow of materials and information.

This role requires monitoring project progress by communicating with clients and suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of goods and documentation. Maintain accurate delivery forecasts and assist the operation manager with administrative tasks.

  • Carry out the management of international projects under Manager supervision.
  • Follow-up and monitor production with mills and report to clients.
  • Execute Purchase & Sales Contracts as per international incoterms (good knowledge of the incoterms is required), and projects subsequent filing once they are finalized.
  • Find/put in place corrective actions in case of customer complaints regarding delivery times, administrative processes and others comments related to the products.
  • Inform suppliers, in collaboration with the Quality Department, if non-conformities.
  • Prepare/compile shipping documents as per contracts incoterms.
  • Prepare and submit Project documentation to clients for shipments.
  • Prepare and compile technical Data books.
  • Handle invoicing forecast.
  • Contact with suppliers and clients for daily business.
  • Help with administrative tasks to support the Management.
