About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales & Logistics Administrator to join the team at Talaypu Natural Products Co., Ltd. in our Bangkok, Watthana office. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the export sales and logistics processes for our growing international business.

Sales Order Processing

  • Manage end-to-end orders for direct and export customers.
  • Check stock, confirm with Operations/Production, and issue invoices.
  • Coordinate with Finance for AR tracking and maintain order records.
  • Prepare export documents (Invoice, PL, COA, etc.).
  • Coordinate HS codes and packaging costs for COO.
  • Review CO Forms and maintain organized document filing
  • Monitor payments, issue export invoices, and follow up on outstanding AR.
  • Prepare basic aging reports and support AR reconciliation and audits.

Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange domestic deliveries and monitor shipment status.
  • Support export logistics under FCA/FOB, including truck booking, forwarder coordination, and document prep.
  • Handle courier shipments and assist in resolving logistics issues.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Update customers on order and shipment status.
  • Prepare data and reports for internal meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or Business Administration (or other related fields).
  • 1–3 years of experience in export administration, logistics, or order processing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, both in Thai and English.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and AR/Finance processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP systems.

English Proficiency:

  • English communication skill at a professional working level, sufficient for handling export documentation, email correspondence, and coordination with international customers.
  • TOEIC score of 550 or higher (or equivalent) is preferred. Other recognized English proficiency test results can also be provided, will be considered an advantage.
