We are looking for a Production Control Officer who will be a part of our team and help us manage production planning and material requirements, specifically for Jig & Fixture, WS Pallet, and Tester Fixture, to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.


Your main role is to:
  • Plan and manage production schedules for Jig and Fixture, WS Pallet, and Tester Fixture products, ensuring alignment with sales orders and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and determine Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and coordinate with the Purchasing team to maintain uninterrupted material availability for production.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse team to monitor and control inventory levels of materials and components.
  • Collaborate with Machine Shop Production teams to resolve issues related to production schedules and material supply.
  • Monitor inventory and manage material issuance to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze production data to enhance planning accuracy and improve operational efficiency in Jig/Fixture production.
  • Prepare progress reports and highlight any issues encountered for submission to the supervisor.

Who are we looking for?
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years or more in Production Planning or Material Planning. Experience in mold making, tooling, Jig, or Fixture production is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Chinese (listening/speaking) is a plus.
