Job Description:
Local:
Quotatation for Spare parts and Service visits
- Provide updates to customers on job status, lead times, and resolution progress
- Purchase Order follow up from Customer for completated cases
- Manual calculation of price for special items.
- Assist with ordering, tracking, and dispatching spare parts required for service jobs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for audits.
- Assist with contract renewals and service agreements.
- Flexible and available to work extra hours as needed to meet business demands
Handle Special assignments from Service Manager
Oversea:
Overseas spare parts orders to Makino Group affiliates, as well as other overseas and local suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor ETD and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries or accommodate special requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for efficient import customs clearance of spare parts.
- Communicate with relevant government authorities to secure import approvals for restricted products.
- Manage export shipments, including the return of damaged parts to Makino Group affiliates, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Database management such as order records, warranty records, return shipments, and other related data.
- Handle Special assignments from Service Manager
Qualification:
- Age for Local 25-35 years and Age for Oversea 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a customer sales and service support or technical support role.
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Proficient computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office applications.
- Experience in administrative support roles in procurement, logistics, supply chain, customs clearing, or industrial trading
- Strong knowledge of customs clearing procedures, documentation, regulatory requirements (local and international), and international commercial terms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order-management software is an added advantage
