Facilities Manager

- Manage daily operation of all facility systems: HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utilities.
- Ensure stable operation of production-support facilities (air, steam, chilled water, hot water).
- Plan and control preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
- Manage energy, water, and utility efficiency improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (Fire, EHS, environmental, authority inspections).
- Coordinate with production, quality, and external vendors/contractors.
- Lead facility projects: upgrade, replacement, expansion, and commissioning.
- Manage emergency response for utility or facility failures.
- Prepare budgets, CAPEX proposals, and cost control reports.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HVAC systems (AHU, chiller, cooling tower)
- Boiler and thermal oil systems
- Air compressor and dryer systems
- Electrical systems (transformers, ACBs, generators)
- Fire protection systems (sprinkler, fire pumps)
- Ability to read and review MEP drawings and layouts.
- Experience with facility system optimization and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of facility experience in manufacturing plants.
- Experience in garment/textile factories is a strong advantage.
- Experience with boiler, chilled water, steam, and compressed air systems

- Able to communicate in English & local language (speaking and writing).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
