Manufacturing Technician

Location: Pak-kret, Nonthaburi

Responsibilities:

• Performing daily machine troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Performing daily machine troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Take care of Test and assembly process, test and debug or facility equipment maintenance and all manufacturing support activities.
• Maintain, control and set up tester and assembly system according to process requirement and demand.
• Technical solutions of process and product drive for production yield, productivity, cost and scrap improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis on failure analysis in production floor, customer returns (RMA) through 8D process and provide corrective action.
• Relevant Manufacturing / Work Instruction documents preparing and maintaining as required.
• Maintaining and improving test station yield, testing equipment and fixture, creating management procedure for testing equipment and fixture.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunication related majors.
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry (electronics is preferred) or new graduate also welcome.
• Experience in testing equipment maintenance
• Experience in the preparation and implementation of equipment maintenance plans
• Experience in writing/modifying FMEA/SOP documents.
• English communication prefer
