Junior SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Expert Technical SEO:

• Conduct and manage regular Technical SEO Audits to ensure optimal site structure, speed, crawlability, and indexability (e.g., Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup implementation, URL optimization).
• Collaborate closely with the Development team to resolve technical issues and implement SEO recommendations effectively.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:

• Perform in-depth Keyword Research, focusing on user Search Intent and opportunities for optimization within the realm of Generative AI (AEO/LLM-O).
• Optimize On-Page elements (Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Headings, Internal Linking) and site content for both search engines and the best user experience.
• Strategize and execute effective Off-Page SEO campaigns, including link building, to enhance Domain Authority and site credibility.

AI Integration & Strategy:

• Experiment with and apply AI/Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or specialized SEO AI software) in SEO processes such as content outlining, large dataset analysis, and metadata generation.
• Monitor and understand changes in AI-driven Search Engine Algorithms (e.g., Google's helpful content system, AI Overviews) to ensure the continuous adaptation of SEO strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting (Analytical Skills):

• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush) to track, analyze, and measure the performance of SEO campaigns.
• Prepare comprehensive SEO performance reports, providing Actionable Insights and strategic recommendations to the team and management.

Experience

• New graduates are welcome to apply (or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing).
• Demonstrated track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings.

Hard Skills

• Expertise in the principles of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
• Proficiency in using major SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript sufficient to identify and communicate website technical issues.

Familiarity with or keen interest in using AI Tools and LLMs to optimize SEO workflows.
