Position Summary:

Lead the design and development of transport solutions through comprehensive data analysis, resource planning, cost modeling, and proposal preparation to support business growth and operational excellence.

Overall Responsibility:

  1. RFP / RFQ analysis and summarize customer requirements to identify business opportunities.

  2. Design and formulate a cost model and pricing template to align with the customer requirements and company direction.

  3. Prepare professional proposals and presentation materials in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Present solution concepts to customers and internal management in both Thai and Englishใ
  4. Lead, support, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and work closely with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Key Account Management, Operations) to manage and meet the project timeline, ensuring the operational activities run smoothly
  5. Manage the project's P&L to achieve topline & bottom-line targets as per company direction
  6. Research customer behavior and competitor analysis to understand market trends such as growth and sustainability of the business, fine-tune product-market fit, and conduct new product and service development
  7. Assist top management on ad-hoc projects and analysis

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Logistics Management, Engineering Logistics Management, or related business field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Transportation Analysis, familiarity with Milk-run transportation, and TMS knowledge will be a plus.
  3. Computer literate, efficient in MS Office, TMS, Negotiating, Pricing structure, Presentation.
  4. Good English language skills in writing, reading, and speaking. Proactive, Able to work under deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
