Operation Executive/Supervisor

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced operations professionals for our Freight Forwarding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to fill newly created roles, with responsibilities in both supporting and overseeing "best in class" customer experience for our Logistics customers on all product & service offerings.

We are hiring for both Operations Executive and Operations Supervisor levels.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle and oversee import/export shipments and related activities (Bookings, BLs, DO, Invoicing, AMS/ ISF/ ACI, E-MNF, Pre-alert) to ensure correct and full documentation as per process & customer SOP.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, customs brokerages, trucking, and internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience and service delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between the sales department and operations to deploy and handle shipments for newly assigned customers.
• For Supervisor level:
  Act as a primary point of escalation for complex operational issues, guiding the team to immediate and effective resolutions.
• Track shipments and provide status reports, communicating all shipment delays and issues to clients and/or overseas offices.
• Maintain proactive customer communication (bad news first); keep them updated on the status and measures being taken to fix any issues.
• For Supervisor level:
  Train, mentor, and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in freight forwarding or logistics is required for the Executive level.
• Candidates with 5+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to mentor or lead
  will be considered for the Supervisor level
  .
• Strong customer service mindset with an ability to connect with customers and go the extra mile in resolving their issues/concerns.
• Well-versed with shipping (EXIM) processes and related services in the international logistics business.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.
• Fully fluent in Thai with excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use IT systems (MS Office and other base applications).
• Independent and self-starter with strong adherence to process guidelines and procedures.
• Professional Thai speaker with conversational English proficiency is required.
