Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, or supplier negotiations within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, supplier management, and inventory planning.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and merchandising software.
