Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business research to understand the competitive landscape and identify market trends, business opportunities, and customer needs
  • Analyze business information, including customers, sales, distribution channels, customer journey, operating processes, trading strategies, etc., to generate insights and turn business challenges to thoughtful product roadmap
  • Develop business strategies to increase revenue, optimize cost, and improve customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's strategic direction
  • Manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional team, and business partners to deploy the strategies and product roadmap into execution
  • Setup and monitor business target and performance, as well as, prepare weekly report and business insight to improve business performance
  • Select and evaluate mutual funds that align with economic trends, investment strategies, and the needs of the market and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales team, and investment consultants to support the distribution of mutual fund products.
  • Prepare and develop product-related documents to provide accurate and engaging information for investors.
  • Communicate the key features and investment strategies of mutual fund products to the sales team and investment advisors to ensure clear understanding and confidence in client presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends as well as internal sales data to develop sales promotion plans and drive the sustainable growth of the mutual fund business.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Graduated in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Experience: 1-3 years working experience in project management and data analytics
  • Experience in investment industry is a plus

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Excellent business analytics and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, visualization, and presentation skills

  • Ability to rapport with teams and partners globally

  • Proficiency in English
