Responsibilities


• Develop and define the overall marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve company objectives.


• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and retail channels.


• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize strategies.


• Drive brand awareness and loyalty through innovative advertising, promotional campaigns, and storytelling.


• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and meet company growth goals.


• Lead and inspire the Marketing and Creative (Art) teams to deliver high-quality results.


• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to launch and grow new products.


• Plan and organize impactful events, activations, and promotional activities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master degree is preferred.)


•At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.


• Proven track record in driving brand growth, ideally within skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.


• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, influencer collaborations, and omnichannel strategies.


• Strong analytical skills in consumer behavior, market research, and product positioning.


• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring diverse teams.


• Financial acumen with experience handling marketing budgets.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into actionable plans.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.


• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
