About The Role
Due to recent internal growth, we have an opportunity at Associate level in Clyde & Co's Bangkok office. This role will expose the successful applicant to first rate matters and clients. This role includes handling a range of commercial litigation matters.

The team regularly interact with our UK and Singapore colleagues, and this is an un-rivalled opportunity for ambitious lawyers to gain expertise acting for local and overseas based international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Based in Bangkok and qualified to practice in Thailand
  • Handling commercial litigation
  • Researching and drafting of documentation, advice and correspondence
  • Prepare for and participate in business development related activities.

Candidate's Profile And Experience

  • Thai licensed attorney.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated court advocacy experience, including drafting pleadings and handling hearings.
  • Court attendance and involvement in trials if pre-trials unsuccessful
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-border teams with international counsel and clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English, with strong legal drafting skills in both languages.
