About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
General Insurance Specialist
to support our
Policy Administration Transformation Project
in Thailand. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the transformation complies with all relevant
regulatory guidelines
and in managing effective engagement with the
Office of Insurance Commission (OIC)
. This position is offered on a consulting basis and will be paid as part of the implementation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters impacting general insurance operations and policy administration.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the OIC on regulatory filings, approvals, and compliance-related interactions.
  • Review and advise on insurance product structures, policy lifecycle processes, and system alignment with Thai regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy administration workflows and systems meet local regulatory standards.
  • Support documentation, testing, and validation activities to ensure a smooth implementation and compliance readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    8-10 years of experience
    in general insurance, with strong knowledge of policy administration and OIC regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    system or process transformation projects
    within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thai nationality or significant experience working within the Thai insurance regulatory environment preferred.
