About The Team
We are a group of young and ambitious professionals in our 20s and early 30s who like to analyze, strategize and most important of all get things done. Our background is very diverse, while a lot of us are ex-consultants, investment bankers and tech.

Our environment is fast paced and when we say "fast" we really mean it. For example, we craft our strategy and execution plan on Monday afternoon and execute it on Tuesday with the expectation to review the results on Friday. We work hard and are well rewarded for it.

  • This role sits within BD – Marketing solutions & Monetization, a team that aims to help build and grow Shopee sellers by leveraging the power of Shopee's marketing solutions and monetization programs to generate commercial results. To put things into perspective, for Marketing solutions, it is common for a seller on Shopee to have their digital storefront on Facebook, Instagram, etc; with Shopee's integration with META ads solutions, Shopee sellers are able to boost ads via their META assets leading traffic to their Shopee store. Non-ads solutions such as the growing content commerce solutions and affiliate marketing are also available to sellers serving as one stop shop for marketing solutions for sellers. For monetization teams, we manage and grow Shopee Ads adoption and co-investments programs between sellers and Shopee.

This role is part of the Business Development (BD) program, focusing on launching new initiatives that align with Shopee's long-term vision and growth strategy.

Job Description

  • BD team to drive new, high-impact initiatives that align with the company's strategic vision. This is a project-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building things from the ground up.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, both internal and external to support seller growth
  • Initiative & Campaign Management: Design, execute, and evaluate impactful projects and initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data and insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Shopee's strategic direction
