As Key Account Manager, your responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
- Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant fields
- Experience in ecommerce of at least 2 years; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
- Demonstrate strong team player qualities, business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Command of Mandarin, English and Thai languages in both verbal and written forms of communication.
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing sellers or KOLs for brands or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
