As Key Account Manager, your responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
  • Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
  • Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant fields
  • Experience in ecommerce of at least 2 years; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
  • Demonstrate strong team player qualities, business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Command of Mandarin, English and Thai languages in both verbal and written forms of communication.
  • Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing sellers or KOLs for brands or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
