Customer Service Agent

Soho Pizza is a Bangkok-based pizzeria renowned for its authentic New York-style pizzas. As it is expanding, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers through various channels and promptly responding to customers' inquiries with sufficient knowledge of Soho Pizza products.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction with professional customer support.
- Processing delivery/direct orders via all channels from accepting the order, handling the payment transaction process, and coordinating with stores and delivery service providers to ensure the correct and timely delivery.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Monthly summarization of customer complaints and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Thai (ability to speak both languages is required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle complaints and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts
