Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and supervision of logistics operations, including material receiving, storage, line feeding, and finished goods delivery.
  2. Develop and implement logistics systems, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  3. Manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) implementation.
  4. Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to support continuous production.
  5. Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance.
  6. Supervise and lead a team of logistics staff, including training, performance evaluation, and workload management.
  7. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives for logistics operations and monitor progress toward targets.
  8. Manage and maintain logistics equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure safety and functionality.
  9. Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications :
  1. Over 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management; experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  3. Familiar with warehouse management, material flow, transportation control, and bonded area material transfer processes.
  4. Proficient in ERP/WMS/SAP/LMS/MES systems, able to quickly master logistics information systems and manufacturing systems, with process optimization capability.
  5. Knowledge of vehicle structure and the three major electric systems (electric drive, electric control, battery); familiar with manufacturing processes of complete vehicles, engine assemblies, and power battery assemblies.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle abnormal issues quickly.
  7. Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems is a plus.
  8. Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills.
  9. Good command of Chinese, English, and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
