Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into IT roadmaps and solutions.
  • Lead IT as a business enabler, driving efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.
  • Oversee SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA or relevant modules), ensuring stability, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage IT architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications to support business operations.
  • Govern IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ensure data integrity, system integration, and compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with strong business partnering capability.
  • Solid understanding of both business processes and technical systems, with the ability to bridge IT and business needs.
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SAP systems and enterprise applications.
  • Experience in IT transformation, implementation, or system optimization projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
