Base Salary : 55, ,000 THB (depends on experience)

Major tasks and responsibilities of the position:

  • Optimize growth, market share, profitability and value creation to meet or exceed Covestro short and long-term business and operational objectives control costs.
  • Market and sales data analysis.
  • Close dialogue with Regional Product Management and Order Management to understand most up-to-date product availability, production and logistics issues.
  • Prepare ASEAN+JKT input to global industrial business steering meetings, as well as Regional Sales Meetings.
  • Supports ASEAN+JKT processes e.g. forecast process, and budget processes.
  • Caretaker for all sales related systems in ASEAN+JKT.
  • Coordination and organization of events (sales meetings, team workshops and customer events) and training sessions aimed at CO ASEAN+JKT.
  • Regional project and project implementation support.
  • Admin management. (e.g. Opex cost management)
  • Safety and Compliance.

Required Qualification

  • Commercial University degree or equivalent with experience in commercial field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Solid command of Microsoft office applications.
  • Analysis (qualitative and quantitative analysis, strong logic and structure, beyond just excel skills)
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to "stand your own" against / and influence experienced sales managers.
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities self -directed and with high degree of independence
  • Team spirit, initiative and effective communication
  • Capability in dealing with culture complexity among ASEAN+JKT countries.
