Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bangkok City, Thailand under General Sales Agent (GSA) Federal Transport. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and represent ANA's values and high standards of service. Professionals in this role are expected to manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and client servicing
  • Proficiency in market research and business analysis to identify opportunities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Thai; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Experience in the aviation or travel industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
