Sales Officer

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels (e.g., daily leads generated, referrals, direct outreach).
- Assist clients with account opening, verification (KYC/AML), and initial funding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients and identify opportunities to enhance their trading experience.
- Work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Address client queries related to trading, platforms, and account management effectively and promptly, escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial news, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services, forex, or CFD brokerage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, CFDs, Forex, and technical analysis.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are preferred.
Working hours
- 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, weekends off) 5 working days per week.
