Key Responsibilities

AI Product Management (50%)

  • Take ownership of improving, productizing, and launching new AI prompts, platform features & workflows.
  • Partner with developers and users to refine and optimize prompt performance, workflow usability, and feature adoption.
  • Use feedback, analytics, and competitive insights to propose and iterate new "prompt-driven" features.
  • Test, document, and optimize AI-powered workflows for best-in-class user experience and retention.
  • Set ambitious KPIs for prompt/feature use, satisfaction, and user growth—and beat them

Community Engagement & Content (50%)

  • Repurpose technical content into viral, accessible social and community activations that drive platform adoption & advocacy.
  • Activate and grow our community online (socials, forums, newsletters, chat) and offline (beta meetups, workshops, events).
  • Organize events, campaigns, and ambassador programs that turn early users into superfans and sharers.
  • Train AI bots/tools for smarter, higher-impact content and dialogue with the community.
  • Track, report, and analyze key engagement/retention metrics; drive strategy with data insights.
  • Tap into user feedback/community insights to improve both product and engagement loops.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable record in either product management (AI/digital tools/workflows) or community/content management—ideally both (but experience in one plus strong curiosity for the other acceptable).
  • Clear achievements driving product adoption/feature use AND/OR growing and activating communities (show us numbers/outcomes).
  • Creative communicator, strong copywriting/storytelling skills, able to explain and "sell" technical ideas simply.
  • KPI obsessed: data-driven, results-oriented, and relentless in iteration for growth.
  • Loves experimenting with AI tools/automation; learns, adapts, and prototypes rapidly.
  • Problem solver, independent worker, thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Ready to start 20 hours/week, with possibility for full-time/founder-track as platform grows.
