Role Overview

The
AI Solution Director
leads the strategic adoption and implementation of
AI-powered production workflows
across PDG Thailand and
represents the market within PDG regionally
.

This role bridges creativity, technology, and operations — driving the transformation of how PDG conceives, produces, and automates content across
video, image, CGI/VFX, event, and immersive experiences
.

As part of the
Production AI & Tech
division, you will define PDG's AI strategy, deploy Groupe-approved tools and act as a regional voice to ensure PDG Thailand remains aligned with Groupe innovation standards, tool adoption, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Framework Development


• Develop and execute PDG Thailand's
AI transformation roadmap
, aligned with Groupe Creative+ and Publicis Production's global AI strategy.


• Establish an AI capability framework that enhances ideation, production, and delivery automation across creative and post-production functions.


• Identify AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and creative quality across content workflows.

2. Regional Leadership & Representation


•
Represent PDG Thailand within the PDG regional network
, contributing to cross-market collaboration, tool evaluation, and shared innovation initiatives.


• Share learnings, pilot outcomes, and implementation feedback to shape regional best practices and drive alignment across markets.


• Monitor emerging AI and creative tech trends to recommend new tools and workflows for potential regional adoption.

3. Tool Implementation & Workflow Integration


• Lead deployment of
Groupe-approved AI platforms
across production, creative, and post workflows.


• Collaborate with Post, CGI/VFX, Motion, and Design teams to optimize integration and deliver consistent results.


• Partner with regional and global Publicis Production teams to localize and scale AI solutions.


• Ensure compliance with Groupe data, security, and ethical AI usage guidelines.

4. Collaboration, Enablement & R&D


• Act as PDG's
AI subject matter expert
across all production disciplines.


• Conduct internal workshops and hands-on sessions to upskill teams in AI tools, prompting, and workflow automation.


• Lead internal
R&D pilots
to explore emerging AI and creative technology solutions.


• Create documentation, playbooks, and templates to standardize AI implementation across the organization.

Qualifications


•
10+ years
of experience in creative production, digital content, or technology-led environments, with at least
3 years
in AI, automation, or data-driven workflow roles.


• Strong understanding of
AI-assisted creative and production tools
, including generative image/video platforms and automation systems.


• Proven ability to design or manage
AI-integrated production pipelines
(e.g., CGI/VFX, DI, post-production).


• Skilled in leadership, communication, and
regional stakeholder collaboration.


• Background in
creative technology, computer graphics, or digital innovation
preferred.


• Fluent in
English
(Thai proficiency a plus).
