Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related field

  • At least 5 years of working experience in maintenance, problems solving of machine & electrical

  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to use and adapt to new technologies in workplace

  • Good command of both written and spoken in English (Conversation with maker or suppliers, e-mail and report writing in English are required)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance process of machines, facilities within the port

  • Create regularly and preventive maintenance plan

  • Taking care of fixing the sudden defect of machines, analyze the root cause

  • Prepare and summarize monthly working report and identify preventive measures for recurring issues.

  • Improvement for maintenance mechanical and Electrical

  • Coordinate with related department to reduce problems

  • Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management, Contractors and Service Providers

  • Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work

  • Mechanical and Electrical designing

  • Mechanical and Electrical spare part controlling

  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Keep Maintenance logs and report on daily activities

  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with the Company

  • Manage team members to certify on required licenses for operation per law and regulation (if any)

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

  • Plan ang Co-ordinated projects equipment installation

  • Deliver and hoc tasks per assignment from Operations Director and Managing Director
