    1. Follow up orders with customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery. 2. Handle customer's enquiries. 3. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval. 4. Communicate customer of shipment and actual shipping information. 5. Monitor delivery status to an extent.
