Job Summary:
Responsible for providing daily IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology systems. This role includes maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, safeguarding data security, assisting users with technical issues, and supporting operational teams to ensure business continuity.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure daily backup of user data and critical company information
Maintain maximum protection against electronic data breaches and cyber threats
Ensure all PCs and company devices are operational and properly maintained
Provide technical support to all users within the organization
Support operational teams in IT-related tasks and system usage
Assist operational teams and ensure the proper functioning of systems to support continuous back-office operations and business transactions.
Assist in audit preparation and documentation related to IT systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and software
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and incidents
10. Manage and optimize MSSQL databases, including queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
11. Develop and maintain operational and regulatory reports using MSSQL, Python, and other reporting tools.
12. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's network and server infrastructure, and assist in resolving performance and connectivity issues.
13. Ensure timely, clear, and effective communication with users regarding issue status, progress, and resolution to maintain service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
–3 years of experience in IT Support or managing IT systems in an organization
Proficient in Windows OS and office productivity software (MS Office/365, email clients)
Knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and basic troubleshooting
Basic understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for hardware, software, and network issues
Effective communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users in Thai, with working proficiency in English
Service-minded, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
10. Basic understanding of securities or financial systems is a plus.
