Job Description

  • Daily Operations:
  • Manage daily maintenance activities across the plant to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor maintenance performance to ensure continuous equipment uptime.
  • Equipment Reliability:
  • Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance.
  • Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM):
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the PM plan to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
  • Coordinate the PM plan with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Autonomous Maintenance (AM):
  • Promote and support the development of AM practices across all production sections.
  • Train production teams on basic maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to prevent equipment failures.
  • Downstream Coordination with Production Sections:
  • Collaborate with various production sections to align maintenance activities with production needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and support to downstream processes to enhance overall plant performance.
  • Optimize maintenance budget include monitoring spare-part inventory, maintenance & subcontractors expenses.
  • Responsible for energy consumption reduction include electricity, gas and other supplies of all machine and equipment.

Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

·   Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance field of the manufacturing business

·   Good knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, machine mechanic system

·   Excellent command both of spoken and written English and on computer literacy such as AutoCAD

·   Strong organizational and communication skills

·   Problem solving and troubleshooting as the need arises

·   Able to work at Nongkae, Saraburi
