Job Purpose:

To oversee the management, maintenance, and refurbishment of all non-process infrastructure at the Saraburi cement plant—including offices, workshops, toilets, internal roads, drainage systems, and staff accommodations.

This role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, cost-effective, and compliant with both company standards and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all plant facilities and staff housing.

Refurbishment & Infrastructure Upgrades

  • Plan and manage renovation projects for aging infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for civil and structural works.

Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain and improve internal roadways, drainage systems, and utility networks.
  • Monitor structural integrity and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Develop and control budgets for maintenance and refurbishment activities.
  • Optimize resource usage and minimize costs while ensuring service quality.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and company safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Manage contractors and service providers to ensure high performance and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate training and development for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in industrial plant or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil works, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing vendors and supervising renovation or maintenance projects.
  • Familiarity with Thai building codes, occupational safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with facility management software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
  • Based full-time at the Saraburi cement plant.
  • May require occasional travel to other sites for project coordination or vendor meetings.
  • Must be available on-call to address urgent facility issues during off-hours or weekends.
