About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cash Management Senior Officer to join our dynamic Treasury team at Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flows and ensuring efficient financial operations. Based in Chonburi, Chonburi, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall financial strategy of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and manage the company's daily cash management activities, including bank account reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management
  2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate cash collection and disbursement processes
  3. Analyse cash flow data and prepare reports to support financial decision-making
  4. Manage the company's short-term investment portfolio and maintain relationships with financial institutions
  5. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and risk management procedures
  6. Provide guidance and training to junior team members to enhance their cash management skills

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a cash management or treasury role, preferably within the banking or finance industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify optimisation opportunities
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across the organisation
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Thorough understanding of cash management principles, treasury operations, and financial regulations
  6. Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
