Job SummaryProcurement of IT products, contract management, budget control, process improvement and policy development, and IT asset management.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ- IT Procurement: Responsible for sourcing IT products, negotiating with suppliers, handling purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with organizational needs
- Contract Management: Managing and reviewing contracts, monitoring contract status, assessing risks, and negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Budget Control: Planning and managing the procurement department's budget, tracking and reporting expenses to ensure they align with allocated budgets
- Process Improvement & Policy Development: improvement and development of purchasing processes to increase efficiency and save time. This includes managing supplier relationships more effectively.
- Asset Management: Overseeing and managing the company's IT assets according to established procedures
- Administrative Duties: Handling internal administrative tasks such as payment processing, document management, and ensuring document accuracy
- Age not exceeding 45, male or female.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Oracle procurement systems and accounting is an advantage
- At least 5 years of procurement and management experience.
- At least 1 year of asset management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Diligent with effective communication skills
- Good management skills, able to work in teams, High patience, integrity, and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office.
