Server-In Villa Dining
About The Role
The Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Server position provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Servers anticipate and service guests needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.

The position reports to the Assistant In Villa Dining as well as Restaurant Manager.

What You Will Do

• Provide an enjoyable expertly served food and beverage to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• Anticipate and service of guests' requirement before requests are necessary
• Establish and follow up on core standard, sequence of service and service procedure
• Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests or selections and timeliness of service
• Coordinate between the telephone service center/cashier/coordinator and kitchen for smooth, coordinated service
• Coordinate and execute functions or special receptions In Villa and Residence
• Able to handle the minibar operations
• Make the guest feel comfortable and at ease in his/her room
• Control the cleanliness in the In Villa Dining areas, as well as guest corridors to be in line with PWT standards
• Set up orders in trays, hot bag and basket and transport them to guest's villa or residence.
• Have sense of urgency and time
• Support team In Villa Dining team members in times of crunch with banquet and yacht operations

What You Bring

• Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
• Proficient in English communication
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, the ability to solve problem and multitask Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential
• Be comfortable to perform basic catering duties on Resort's Yacht
• Able to support team in special dining venues together with In Villa Dining

• The working hours will primarily be early morning, days, nights during weekdays and weekends.
