Scope of Work:

Responsible for day-to-day cleanliness and guest assistant in locker facilities of spa and wellness operation. Spa and Wellness Attendant is to provide friendly, efficient cleanliness at all areas to all guests. Providing sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues. In our quest to maximize guest satisfaction and efficiency in our working environment we have adopted the Principle of Multi-Skilling where possible in all operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Loyalty

  • Guest Recognition, Ensures strong guest recognition within the department.

  • To be able to identify return guests and VIPs.

Customer Delight and Retention

  • Recording all guest and reference details for the database.

  • To ensure that each guest contact session is a delightful experience for the guest.

  • Ensuring cleanliness and other services are provided in lockers excess guests expectation.

  • Never say "no". Always find a way to exceed the guests' needs.

Operational:

  • Ensures we meet excess customer expectations.

  • Be consistent in our delivery of service.

  • Providing guests with high quality service at every stage of their spa and wellness experience.

  • Acts as restroom attendant when required.

  • Maintains and cleans all Spa and Wellness areas, heart of the house areas and other assigned work areas as per standard operating procedures.

  • Handles housekeeping cleaning equipment with care as per standard operating procedures.

  • Reports on malfunctioning of equipment, damage or abuse of Spa and Wellness areas furniture, fixtures, carpet or any other hotel properties and any defects for maintenance.

  • Ensure that all the flowers which are decorated in Spa and Wellness are fresh and attractive.

  • Report any guest complaints, incidents, or suspicious person to Supervisor.

  • Ensure cleanliness and Treatment Rooms set up are on time and ready for the treatments.

  • Assistant guests in other requires may needs.

  • Be on duty as assigned according to the scheduled time and to ensure punctuality.

  • Ensure that all Rules and Regulation of the Section concerned are being adhered to by the guests.

  • Attend the Spa Daily Briefing to ensure awareness of any information required for the day.

  • Maintain the quality, cleanliness and general upkeep of the section concerned and its facilities.

  • Being always well-groomed, with clean uniforms, hair neat and off the face.

  • Report any issues, whether internal or external, that may affect the optimal functioning of the Spa to Supervisors, Assistant Spa Manager, Spa and Wellness Manager or Director of Spa & Wellness.

  • Always challenge themselves to improve procedures for the benefit of the guest in delighting them.

Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

  • Safeguard guests, colleagues, suppliers and business partner's data from the illegal collection, use, or sharing of their personal information.

  • Represent and warrant to the Hotel that any information (including personal data) provided to the Hotel or as requested by the Hotel is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • Inform the Hotel without delay if there are any changes to the information.

  • Understood the Hotel's employee and guest privacy notice.

  • Agree to comply with all laws, policies, rules, orders, announcements and/or guidelines in relation to personal data protection announced or to be announced by the Hotel.

  • Carries out other special projects / tasks assigned by your superiors.
