Human Resources (HR Officer / HR Executive - Thailand)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, welfare, payroll coordination, and compliance with Thai labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Manage employee records and contracts in line with Thai labor law
  • Coordinate payroll, social security (SSO), and provident fund (if applicable)
  • Ensure company policies comply with the Thai Labour Protection Act
  • Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and team-building events
  • Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and resignation procedures
  • Coordinate with government offices (e.g., Social Security Office, Revenue Department)
  • Support visa/work permit processing for foreign employees (if any)

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR regulations
  • Thai language fluency (spoken and written), English is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRM systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
