- Teach and demonstrate practical life skills, including dressing, feeding, and grooming.
- Treat all children with respect, acknowledging their individuality and avoiding comparisons.
- Support and encourage positive social interactions among children.
- Prepare and present materials that introduce math, language, science, and social studies concepts.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment, addressing minor cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities,
- Keep up to date with Montessori methods, child development research, and the school's policies to ensure best practices.

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to execute lesson plans and ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Assist with parent communication, providing updates on child development.
- Maintain hygiene and classroom cleanliness, including sanitization of materials.
- Encourage child independence and self-care skills through practical life activities.
- Support cultural and creative activities, such as art, music, and movement.
- Ensure children's safety and wellbeing, responding appropriately to emergencies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an educational or childcare setting; Montessori experience is a plus.
